My Services

How I work with clients


I work with individuals and organisations on a bespoke basis. Engagements are shaped around context, challenge and need, rather than predefined packages or methodologies.

My work spans executive coaching and strategic advisory. While these are distinct in purpose and approach, some clients choose to work with me in both capacities at different points in time. What matters most is that each engagement is approached with clarity of intent, appropriate boundaries, and a strong grounding in real-world leadership and organisational experience.


What I offer


Executive coaching


I offer one-to-one executive coaching for senior leaders and those stepping into greater responsibility. Coaching provides a confidential, non-directive space to think clearly, test assumptions and strengthen judgement.

My coaching work often focuses on:

  • leadership confidence, presence and decision-making
  • navigating complexity, scrutiny and competing demands
  • transitions into new or more visible roles
  • sustaining effectiveness over time

Coaching is always client-led, with clear boundaries around confidentiality and ownership.


Reputation review and strategy development


Reputation is built through behaviour, decisions and communication over time. I work with organisations to understand how they are perceived, where trust is being built or eroded, and how reputation aligns with strategy, values and lived experience.

This work may include:

  • reputation audits and diagnostic reviews
  • reputation and positioning strategy
  • alignment between leadership intent, culture and external perception
  • support during periods of heightened scrutiny or crisis, including strategic counsel on communications and response
  • strengthening organisational capability to manage risk, complexity and uncertainty over time


My approach is grounded in long-term reputation development, while recognising that moments of crisis or scrutiny often provide the clearest test — and fastest demonstration — of leadership, judgement and organisational resilience.


Strategic advisory and organisational review


I provide senior-level advisory support to organisations navigating change, complexity or heightened scrutiny. This work draws on experience of leadership in large, mission-led institutions and a deep understanding of how organisations function under pressure.

Advisory work can include:

  • organisational and operating model reviews
  • communications and engagement strategy
  • leadership, governance and decision-making structures
  • culture, trust and institutional confidence


Leadership and talent development


I work with organisations to support leadership capability and confidence at key moments — particularly where roles are expanding, visibility is increasing, or expectations are shifting.

This may include:

  • coaching and advisory support for senior leaders or small leadership groups
  • reflective leadership sessions during periods of change or transition
  • support for individuals identified as high potential or stepping into greater responsibility
  • contribution to leadership and talent conversations where judgement, context and discretion are required

This work is closely aligned to organisational context, culture and reputation, and is designed to strengthen leadership judgement rather than deliver generic development activity.


Personal reputation and leadership positioning


For senior leaders, personal reputation and organisational reputation are closely intertwined. I work with individuals to think deliberately about leadership presence, credibility and visibility — particularly in complex or public-facing roles.

This work may include:

  • personal reputation and positioning
  • leadership narrative and presence
  • navigating visibility, influence and scrutiny
  • aligning personal leadership style with organisational context

While these areas describe the kind of work I do, no two engagements are the same. I work collaboratively, with discretion and care, and with a strong emphasis on judgement, integrity and long-term impact.
